Esther Cohen, M.S., R.D., C.N.C., C.B.P. Founder and director of the Nourishment Education Foundation and the Seven Bowls School of Nutrition Nourishment and Healing, is a visionary and architect of the program. As an intuitive counselor, BodyTalk Practitioner, and teacher, she is a guide for many on a healing journey. A registered dietitian and nutrition therapist, she has been in private practice in Boulder, Colorado for 20 years. Her experience in Eastern and Western nutrition, energy and herbal medicine, holistic health, and BodyTalk energy healing, and her gifts as a multi-cultural chef, infuse Esther's passion for deep nourishment. She has traveled to a variety of countries to study with traditional healers and to learn native cuisines. Sharing her knowledge and love for community has led her to teach at numerous schools and colleges throughout Colorado. As a certified intuitive and BodyTalk practitioner, she explores "the story of disease" to gain insight and give voice to the soul, supporting people through a process of change and connection. She leads workshops and community rituals. The mother of two lively daughters, a cat and dog, she enjoys the wilds of nature at her home in the foothills above Lyons, Colorado.

Sarah Poston is a Nurse Practitioner and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, bringing 20 plus years of nursing and healing experience. She has trained in Matrix Leadership Training and has over 20 years of experience working with groups. She has spent as much time as possible in the wilderness and considers impression work and exploration as a main part of her spiritual practice. She has worked with groups in many settings and especially loves working with groups in the wilderness. She enjoys sharing her experience and understanding about working with impressions as an inner practice.

Lana Heller, CNT has studied and practiced clinical nutrition, functional medicine and energetic medicine since 2001. She is currently in private practice in Littleton, CO specializing in chronic disorders. She also teaches at SevenBowlsNutritionSchool and North American Institute of Medical Herbalism in Boulder, CO. She is passionate about gaining deep understanding of roots of pathology in chronic disease, and helping people on their way back to health.

Eric Dorninger, ND, LAC is a Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist practicing at Roots and Branches Integrated Health Care Clinic in Boulder, CO. He received his B.A. in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1997. During this time he also completed his EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) training and subsequently worked with the Cranford First Aid Squad in 1998. Thereafter, Eric received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Acupunture form BastyrUniversity. In addition to practicing general medicine, Eric also enjoys teaching Anatomy at Naropa University in Boulder, CO.
